The Fried Hangover
The Fried Hangover is the only late night vegan food truck and catering business in Phoenix, Arizona! It was established by the world famous Grant L. Singleton El aka Grant Sing and brought to life with the help of Apex Culinary Omniplex! The mission of The Fried Hangover is to provide undeniably delicious vegan comfort food and recipes to our community while also imparting the many benefits of maintaining a vegan diet! We pride ourselves in making UNFORGETTABLY good food! Whether you're vegan or not, our food is SURE to leave you fully satisfied!
Grant Sing
Grant L. Singleton El, better known as Grant Sing, the consci-soul singer, was raised in Long Beach, CA, but is now based in Phoenix, AZ. Through his music and community efforts, he promotes love, truth, peace, freedom, and justice for all!
Grant's journey has led him to become vegan for over 9 years and meat free for over 14! Being raised in a family full of meat eaters, Grant's knowledge of vegetarian/vegan options was slim, so it required him to educate himself on ways to supplement what he decided, for ethical reasons, to stop partaking in; and being a single father who wanted the best for his daughter Zyahna, he had extra motivation to find healthier ways of eating.
Learning a new way to live inspired him to create a vegan restaurant to help show others some of the incredibly good dishes that can be made from fruits and veggies, and that, contrary to popular belief, it is possible to be vegan and still eat AMAZINGLY flavorful food!
